Almost everything in Nerja can be reach during the lunch break. Eat in one of the cozy restaurants or visit the church at the Plaza where you'll also find icecream stands, coffee shops and some of the many beaches. June is a wonderful month for a book writing break!

Start your morning with a dip in the bright blue ocean before starting your book-writing day. Have a cup of coffee at Balcon Europa on your way home. Or book a magnificent sea experience in a see-through canoe from Maro or Burriana beach visiting the waterfall.
Extent your stay or explore in the sunny afternoons
Visit the majestic Cuaves de Nerja, take a trip to Frigiliana or a little further to visit Ronda (a must see in Andalusia) or to Alhambra de Granada to see the famous arabic palace. The options are plenti and you can easily book a few extra days as a reward for your work!

We are staying at the cozy Hostal Boutique Plaza Cantarero, 5 minutes from Burriana Beach and just a short walk from Balcon Europa.

You'll get a private room and bathroom, wifi, safety box, air-conditioning, TV... The rooms are not big but they are beautiful.
- Fantastic rooftop terrasse with a mountain view and multiple sitting areas
- Breakfast bar right outside at the small plaza. They will deliver to your room if you ask for it. But you'll want to feel Nerja ;)
Price and other questions frequently asked
The price includes accommodation and individual coaching (one 60-minute session per night). One or more sessions can be exchanged for editing/feedback on your manuscript when you need that more.
Meals are not included because participants usually want to choose their own routine and explore Spanish cuisine.
You will also book your own flight. I will arrange for a taxi from the airport to make sure you arrive safely with no inconvenience. The taxi is about 75 EUR. There is also a bus from Malaga train station that stops less than a 5 min walk from the hotel. The bus is currently 8 EUR.
You can pay in USD or DKK.

If you have absolute clarity about your business and your book idea, you can have most of your script ready in 8 days! Or at least ready for final editing. This is the result many of the participants had.
If you need help clarifying what your book is about, you'll be able to have a first draft of your book after 8 days.

Participants in the book camp have access to purchasing a few individual coaching sessions before arriving if they need help scoping the book and get ready to write.
Yes. And we'll make sure you arrive with the best plan to get shit done!
Sure. You can get feedback on your manuscripts and help for the next steps with design and publication. You an also work on your marketing plan and create content for your campaigns.
Yes. There is ALWAYS more to do in terms of book marketing. And you are also welcome to work on a course or whatever you want to sell with your book. The coaching is of cause limited to what I am an expert at.
As long as there are rooms available, you can choose how many days you want to stay. Coaching is limited to 8 days. There is one coaching session included per night.
Your registration is committed. This is not a vacation you are buying but access to consultancy for a specific number of days. There are no guarantees. Danish customers should know this is not covered by Rejsegarantifonden because there are only non-tourist services included.
You will book one hour of book coaching per night. When you arrive and when you start working is up to you. We'll talk about your strategy before you arrive.
No there is no class teaching. This is a book writing camp with individual coaching. The main part of the time is for being productive and getting a lot of writing done. You'll get all the knowledge you need.
You will book your daily hour between 9 am and 5 pm. You can choose to skip a coaching session and ask me to spend the time reading your material in detail before your next session.
Even if it definitely is very good company and always fun to be around other passionate authors, this is not a group process and you can be as social as you want or not want to. I will be available for dinner most days but there is nothing wrong in choosing to do your own thing. There are always some (actually most) who choose that.
